Description
At the early stage of strategic planning for the capital project, we evaluated the economic and financial feasibility of the constructed building, particularly with respect to various provisions of federal, state and local tax laws which may affect the investment decision.
Our engagement in the Housing sector was also part of our business in partnership with local authorities and private landlords.
