Construction Project of a R + 4 building
Description
During this project, we were able to arrange the financing of the constructed facility. Our architects and engineers were engaged with the design of the building, while the builders and general contractors undertakes the building construction.
At the start of the strategic planning of the investment project, we assessed the economic and financial feasibility of the building to be constructed, in particular with regard to various provisions of federal, state and local tax laws that could affect the investment decision.
